Shipping policy

Unlike most wargaming retailers we ship all our products in boxes. This helps prevent damage (resin is less resilient than pewter...), and means we can more accurately predict how much your shipping will cost.

We use standard-sized NZ Post boxes (international) or courier bags (local, for now). That means postage is predictable, and those miniatures are even better protected. It's also slightly better for the environment (the guilt on the airplanes miles is on you man...).

Here's the go though. The NZ Postal service has this policy where if the value of the order is under $NZ250, you can use economy postage. It's a pretty reasonable rate, reliable (crosses fingers), and not too slow. But... increase to $251 and you're paying three times the rate for a courier. So! I'll split orders into separate boxes all the way up to $751 (pretty sure once you're paying that much money you want a courier...), then you can pay the full courier amount. This will be reflected in the shipping price at checkout.

Please see our Refund Policy. We're still a really small shop, so if you really, really want to return something we'll ask you to cover costs, but the replacement or correct item will be posted back on us.
