Refund policy

We don't do "returns" as such, but the shop is forcing us to load this policy.

We work really hard to make sure your product is just right before it's sent out to you. To that end we remove supports for 28mm and larger, and check them over to ensure we catch as many fails from going as humanly possible. We also ensure we're packing your investment as securely as possible so that those clumsy-as couriers don't ruin them for you (honestly, butter fingers).

Fair is fair, so if your models turned up looking like an elephant stamped on them, we'll send you out some more.

But... we don't replace wear and tear, and don't take the model back because you decided you don't like it. This isn't Amazon.
